This course covers the definition of counselling, the qualities of a counsellor, and the counselling process and includes case studies as well as role-play for practice.

Entry Requirements

• 21 years and above
• Possess minimally a O’ Level and/or listen, speak, read, and write English at a proficiency level equivalent to Employability Skills System Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 5
• Use numeracy skills equivalent to the Employability Skills System Workplace Numeracy (WPN) Level 5
• Minimum 1 year of working experience
