About This Course
Learners will be able to identify and utilize opportunities to enhance business communications, strategic planning, and innovation using generative AI tools. They will gain the skills necessary to streamline data analysis, customer feedback, and business processes through the application of generative AI.
Additionally, learners will develop and present a plan for an AI-powered project that aligns with their professional role, showcasing their newly acquired skills.

Entry Requirements
Academic Requirement
- 3 GCE O level subjects (including English) with a pass (i.e. C6
and above) or equivalent
Language Proficiency
- GCE O Level English with a pass (i.e. C6 of above) or
- Workplace Literacy & Numeracy (WPLN) Level 5
Experience
- Minimum 18 years old
