About This Course
Learners will learn the role of facilities management (FM) practitioners in the upstream design processes to optimise building design for more efficient and cost-effective operation and maintenance activities. All major FM concepts and applications related to Sustainable Facilities Management, Life Cycle Costing, Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD), Design for Maintainability (DfM), Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DfMA), Smart Facilities Management, Total Facilities Management and Outcome-base Facilities Management Contract will be covered.

Entry Requirements
The minimum entry requirements for the SDSF1 (non-WSP) is a diploma from one of the five local polytechnics or a degree from a recognised university degree in the following areas
