About This Course

This course aims to equip participants with the skills and knowledge to develop a comprehensive Business Growth Plan (BGP). It includes interactive sessions with a BGP Review and Feedback Panel, where participants present their plans and receive expert feedback. The course emphasizes personalized learning through small group and individual organization mentoring, addressing specific business challenges. Additionally, community events foster networking and collaboration, connecting participants with a broader industry community.

Designed by Chief Executive Officers (CEOs) and academia for CEOs and growth leaders, the programme combines classroom learning with ‘doing’, right from the start. The programme comprises three integrated streams, weaving together learning that is relevant to a Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) leader’s growth learning needs with guided mentoring at every juncture to support the development of viable business growth plans, and peer learning.
