This exclusive program, co-developed with Amazon, is designed to help new global e-commerce sellers get started on Amazon.com and understand the ins and outs of selling to the US market.

Through hands-on activities, discussion and sharing sessions, participants will understand global selling on Amazon.com, including product listing optimization, product sourcing, profit margin and ROI calculation, brand registry and trademarking, and fulfilment options. Participants will also engage in Market Research and Customer Data Analysis to better tailor their offerings.

Additionally, they will learn about E-commerce Management and best practices for managing their Amazon.com seller account while navigating the rules and policies. The program incorporates elements of Data and Statistical Analysis and Financial Modelling to help sellers effectively assess their performance.

By the end of this programme, learners will have the knowledge and skills needed for E-commerce Campaign Management, as well as insights from Business Environment Analysis and Workflow Digitalisation, all to successfully sell on Amazon.com and grow their business with direct support from the Amazon success team.
