About This Course

This course is designed for culinary personnel to learn about Dim Sum. Learners will learn basic techniques to form a variety of dim sum. Learners will also learn moist and dry heat that can be used to cook a variety of dim sum.

1. Understanding the cultural significance and history of Dim Sum
2. Master the preparation of key techniques to shape and form a variety of dim sum
