About This Course
This two-day programme equips participants with the essential skills to create a sustainable digital business strategy enhanced by Artificial Intelligence (AI), enabling them to excel in the rapidly changing digital environment. Participants will engage in a hands-on digital business visioning workshop that incorporates technology strategy design thinking to generate valuable business insights. They will also reimagine the customer journey for greater impact by utilising the business model canvas alongside AI. The programme will cover and illustrate a business capability model, detailing what a business currently does and what it must do in alignment with its defined strategy
