About This Course
The main focus of this course is to delve into the art of mindful professional networking, emphasizing the importance of building meaningful connections, leveraging networks for opportunities, and nurturing mutually beneficial relationships in the entrepreneurial ecosystem. We will also explore the distinct roles and responsibilities of tactical and strategic managers, highlighting the essential skills and mindset required for effective leadership in both capacities. This course will also address the transition from tactical to strategic leadership, and what it means to be a "good manager". We will highlight effective methods of fault finding by developing the Process, Templates, Systems, Training, Communications Matrix (PTSTC) Risk Governance & Compliance Model, whilst also introducing standard Management Consulting Models to plan and implement strategic management policies.
