About This Course
According to Mckinsey and Company, 70% percent of business transformations fail. Contributing factors include insufficiently high aspirations, a lack of engagement within the organization, and insufficient investment in building capabilities across the organization to sustain the change, among others.
This intensive 20-hour course is designed to equip young and aspiring Chief Technology Officers (CTOs) with the necessary change management and leadership skills and knowledge to lead successful digital transformations within their organizations. Through a combination of theoretical concepts and hands-on case studies, participants will delve into key areas of digital transformation, including organizational change management strategies, stakeholder management, change impact assessment and mitigation, and monitoring, measuring, and sustaining change.

1. Know what causes less than stellar digitalization outcomes.
2. Confidently lead and/or be able to partner with your CIO as a valuable collaborator in successfully executing digital transformation in your own organization and,

Through hands-on case studies and expert guidance, learn change management strategies to include setting right level of aspirations, gaining strong organization-wide stakeholder engagement, establishing KPIs, making adjustments as needed, and embedding new practices for a sustained future state in dynamic organizational environments.

They should be willing to engage actively in case study analysis, group discussions, and practical exercises.
