About This Course
1. Discuss the quality care standards and methods on maintaining and monitoring the service quality system for patients in a healthcare organization.
2. Identify areas of improvement in service quality and to promote organisation initiatives and implement follow up with post audit for continuous improvement.
3. Provide clinical teaching and supervision in supporting and developing students and staff clinical skills, knowledge, and competencies in clinical setting.
4. Conduct health surveys and recommend screening tests according to prescribed guidelines and written information.
5. Assess patients’ readiness to adopt recommendations or advice and provide complementary and alternative options to promote health and wellness.
6. Discuss the purpose, benefits, and methods of continuous improvement, and recommending continuous improvement initiatives to foster a culture of ongoing growth and progress.
7. Determine underlying causes of problems and collaborate with other stakeholders to implement practices and evaluate solutions to refine work processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness at work.

Entry Requirements
• Obtained at least a C6 pass at N-Level in any 1 subject or equivalent; OR
• Graduate of HMI Institute’s WSQ HIGHER CERT IN HEALTHCARE / WSQ HIGHER CERT IN HEALTHCARE SUPPORT (any tracks/specialisations)
