About This Course

1. Utilise search engines and generative AI tools to assess the credibility, relevance, and accuracy of information found online using mobile devices.
2. Effectively use email and video conferencing tools to compose, send, and
manage emails and set up, participate in, and manage video conferences.
3. Navigate and use online platforms efficiently to apply for government
documents, pay bills, and access other public services.
4. Create and manage accounts on e-commerce platforms, make secure payments, and recognise and protect against online shopping scams.
5. Identify and protect devices from malicious software, safeguard data privacy, recognise and address false information and inappropriate content, manage screen time, set device limits, and practice respectful online behaviour (netiquette).
