About This Course
This course builds on an initial Business Growth Plan (BGP) to refine and finalize a second iteration of the (BGP). Participants will engage in a 2nd BGP Review and Feedback Panel for insightful critiques. The course extends mentoring with prolonged small group sessions to address specific business challenges. A key feature is the Negotiations and Influencing symposium, which equips participants with essential communication and stakeholder management skills. Additionally, the e-Learning component on Leadership Journeys allows participants to explore diverse leadership styles and strategies, fostering personal growth and development as leaders.
Designed by Chief Executive Officers (CEOs) and academia for CEOs and growth leaders, the programme combines classroom learning with ‘doing’, right from the start. The programme comprises three integrated streams, weaving together learning that is relevant to a Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) leader’s growth learning needs with guided mentoring at every juncture to support the development of viable business growth plans, and peer learning.
SME CEOs and growth leaders participating in these programmes will have the opportunity to learn from best practices, leverage their strengths, and build on growth ambitions.
