About This Course

This workshop is a hands-on, introductory cooking course designed specifically for adults on the autism spectrum to build skills in independent living. The course aims to build confidence in the kitchen by teaching foundational cooking skills through the preparation of simple western brunch items in a home environment. Participants will also gain essential knowledge about food safety and hygiene.
