DIY Corporate Compliance: Accounts, Secretarial & Tax Essentials
About This Course
This course equips trainees with basic skills of preparing a full set of book-keeping, Financial Statements, AGM Minutes and Tax Computation of relatively small companies with low complexities and low risks.
During this course, trainees will be guided on how to search for more resources should they encounter or are assigned to do such works of higher scale and/or risks and complexities. As such, trainees will be directly equipped with the skills stated in the above para for simple small companies and if a trainee is willing to spend extra time and efforts post course, he or she may be possible to take up more complex work of this nature.
Trainees will be able to add value to companies they work in, especially SMEs, as they will be able to take over some or all of these functions which SMEs companies usually outsource such works to external accounting firms for a monthly fee, which may be above a five figure amount even for relatively small companies.
