What You'll Learn
Organisations are expected to manage the direct and indirect consequences of an incident when it happens. The simple truth is that many organisations are not prepared to handle crises. This session aims to provide the participants with essential knowledge in the areas of crisis management, business continuity management, and disaster recovery so that the participants can assist an organization to plan and build their business resilience capability.
This module will integrate the organization’s crisis response to support incident management efforts. This includes crisis functions such as employee assistance, next-of-kin support, operation continuity, incident investigation, media and community relations management.
