LO3: Evaluate proposed improvements to innovate the customer experience by analysing the features and benefits of products and/or services that enhance customer satisfaction and engagement
LO4: Plan the implementation of agreed recommendations to enhance the customer experience by incorporating knowledge of complementary products and/or services that add value to customer experience.
