About This Course
This course equips business, engineering and info communication professionals with the knowledge and skills to understand the Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI techniques such as prompt engineering, tokenisation, word embeddings, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) that apply to retail, hospitality and services.
