Feuerstein Thinking Memory Cognitive Coach Level 1
About This Course
The course is open to university students, educators, psychologists, clinicians, and other professionals interested in memory and cognitive intervention for adults. This course is based on the Thinking Memory programme developed by Dr Refael Feuerstein is based on the late Prof Reuven Feuerstein’s idea that memory is an active process of recreating reality. The goal of the programme is to enhance the cognitive functions of adult learners, including older adults, so that they know how to actively apply an organised way of thinking when trying to remember or commit things to memory.

Learning Materials:
Course participants will receive two sets of training matierials for learning and practice.
Course participants will be awarded a Memory & Cognitive Coach for Adults Level 1 certificate upon successful completion of the entire course requirements. The certificate is valid for four years from its issue date and is renewed subject to the Continuous Professional Development (CPD) conditions: a. Submission of a coaching logs reflecting at least 45 hours of work with the programme instruments every three years, incuding participating in at least one seminar / workshop organised by the Feuerstein Institute or/and local Authorized Training Centers.
