About This Course

Participants will also deepen their knowledge and skills to identify and select appropriate data analytics tool(s) to generate the eventual research analyses, as well as skills to communicate research findings through the usage of data visualisation tools and techniques.

What You'll Learn

This module provides students with comprehensive coverage of concepts, tools, and techniques to gain consumer insights, with an emphasis on generating, applying, and interpreting these insights obtained to aid business decision making particularly in the area of consumer marketing. Students will learn about the knowledge and skills required to design and implement research studies to evaluate the effectiveness of programmes, including qualitative, quantitative and mixed methods.

Entry Requirements

'O' Levels
• At least three (3) ‘O’ Level passes in the following subjects:
English Language (EL1 or EL2) Grade 1 – 7
Mathematics Grade 1 – 6
One (1) relevant subject Grade 1 – 6
• and at least one (1) year relevant work experience

Higher Nitec
• GPA ≥ 2.0
OR
• GPA ≥ 1.5 AND at least one (1) year relevant work experience

Nitec
• GPA ≥ 3.5
OR
• GPA ≥ 3.0 AND at least one (1) year relevant work experience

Higher Nitec in Technology/ Services
• GPA ≥ 2.0 AND at least one (1) year relevant work experience

Nitec in Technology/ Services
• GPA ≥ 3.5 AND at least one (1) year relevant work experience

Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ)
• Relevant WSQ Advanced Certificate (or higher) AND at least one (1) year relevant work experience AND Level 6 WSQ Workplace Literacy SOA and Workplace Numeracy SOA
