About This Course
LO1. To establish the business case based on organisation objectives, and analyse the environment and stakeholders that have an impact on the organisation.
LO2. To establish a structured group decision making process that analyses available information, prioritises requirements, assesses risks and determines solutions and evaluates the outcomes of decisions.
LO3. To conduct post-implementation review of the decision taken and propose improvements.
What You'll Learn
Entry Requirements
This programme is conducted in English. Learners will be required to have at least a pass (C6) in 'O' levels English. This course is targeted at two workforce segments. They are working professionals, executives and/or enterprises for the purpose of managing change at workplaces. Job roles of such learners include managers, high performing executives, supervisors, team leaders or those holding technical roles. The age ranges are typically between 25 and 55 years old. Minimum educational level is GCE 'O' levels or a minimum of 3 years work experience in an executive role. There is no specific relevant industry domain.
