Too often, even in today’s world of the digital and customer-centric era, businesses focus largely on a sales approach by pushing products at consumers and focusing on outselling the competitors through price wars. However, as the speed of change and evolution accelerates, it is increasingly impossible for any business to find meaningful and sustainable success without having the insights, understanding, and management of the environments in which they operate, and this includes the internal business environment which can be the most overlooked.
