About This Course
This course is designed to provide participants with an understanding of the key legal, ethical, and practical aspects of deal structuring, including cross border issues. Participants will learn how to navigate the challenges involved and how to add value, while addressing associated risks and ethical considerations.

By the end of this course, participants will learn to develop a conceptual framework for identifying issues relevant to deal structuring. Participants will also understand their significance and implications from both a legal and practical perspective to increase their knowledge about deal structuring and the role of deal lawyers.
