Digital Skills Literacy (Basic)
About This Course
The Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA)’s Digital Skills for Life (DSL) framework, which is a set of digital competencies for Singaporeans to carry out daily tasks online. This framework is part of a Whole-of-Government effort to support Singaporeans of all ages in strengthening their digital literacy skills. This program is developed in support of IMDA’s initiative.
What You'll Learn
2. Understand and use Generative AI to find information online, and complete health-related transactions with online form submissions.
3. Demonstrate proficiency in using various digital communication tools, including instant messaging and video conferencing applications.
4. Navigate e-commerce platforms and transport apps, utilize various online payment systems, and manage transactions while interacting with service providers.
Entry Requirements
Learners are assumed to:
1. Be able to speak, listen and read English at a proficiency level not lower than the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualification (ES WSQ) Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 3
SQC will administer a screening process should learners do not have the above requirements, and this is subjective to a case by case basis. Learner's working experiences will be considered in the screening process.
