About This Course
Course Objective
The objective of this WSQ Casework Evaluation (SSC-PPR-3002-1.1) is to enable learners to implement appropriate evaluation frameworks for casework outcomes, processes and levels of risk.
This course is administered by Hua Mei Training Academy, an initiative of Tsao Foundation.
What You'll Learn
LO2 Learners will be able to implement the data collection process to evaluate the effectiveness of the intervention activities in meeting the clients’ goals and/or outcomes specified in their personal case plans.
LO3 Learners will be able to analyse and make inferences on the data collected to evaluate the effectiveness of the intervention activities in meeting the clients’ goals and/or outcomes specified in their personal case plans and make appropriate recommendations and/or modifications if needed.
Entry Requirements
Individuals who are 40 years old and above, with at least 2 years of working experience in any industry. They must meet the following skills and knowledge for this course:
• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level / Diploma and/or able to read, write, listen and speak of English to a proficiency level equivalent to Employability Skills System Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 4; and count to a proficiency level equivalent to Employability Skills System Workplace Numeracy (WPN) Level 4.
• Able to operate a personal desktop computer / laptop with Level 2 basic computing and applications skills
• Motivated to learn and have positive attitude towards work and commitments.
• Have interest in community and social works.
Required years of experience in the Social Service Sector
