About This Course
This course equips participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to be an effective coach. Through interactive learning and practical application, participants will gain the confidence to guide and motivate their staff in positive patient interactions. Learners gain a deeper understanding of coaching concepts through a step-by-step approach, covering how to develop a coaching plan and implement coaching by building rapport and effective communication, providing constructive feedback, and managing coaching challenges. This structure reflects the flow of learning units, progressing from an introduction to effective coaching (LU1), developing a coaching plan (LU2), building rapport and communication (LU3), providing effective feedback (LU4), and addressing coaching challenges and solutions (LU5).

Entry Requirements
Learners are expected to have a minimum of:
• Able to read, write, speak and listen to English
• Have been a team leader for at least 1 year
