Elevating Teamwork with Microsoft Copilot
About This Course
This course utilizes an unknown-to-known sequencing method, where learners progress from no prior knowledge to mastering Microsoft Copilot within SharePoint/OneDrive, Outlook, Teams and Copilot Studio, covering from LU1 to LU5.
LU1: Leaners will learn how to use Copilot features in OneDrive and SharePoint.
LU2: Learners will learn Microsoft Outlook with Copilot environment and its features.
LU3: Learners will learn to use Microsoft Teams with Copilot for tasks such as taking notes and drafting minutes
LU4: Learner will learn to use Copilot Pages to collaborate work in progress with team members
LU5: Learner will learn to create Copilot Agents and become familiar with their functions.
The course would address those performance gaps -
• Lack of knowledge of using Copilot (Generative AI) within the Microsoft tools ecosystem.
• Lack knowledge on how to use Copilot within SharePoint and OneDrive.
• Lack knowledge on how to use Copilot within Outlook.
• Lack knowledge on how to use Copilot within Teams.
Learning to use Copilot within SharePoint/OneDrive, Outlook, Teams and Copilot Studio can assist and support professionals in their jobs, and improve their work productivity by leveraging Generative AI and Microsoft Copilot, tools.
What You'll Learn
• Identify Copilot’s functionalities in SharePoint and OneDrive for querying, summarising and comparing documents.
• Utilise prompts in Outlook to summarise emails, draft replies, provide coaching and organise emails that require follow-up actions.
• Utilise Copilot in Teams to take notes, prepare transcripts and write meeting minutes.
• Utilise Pages with Copilot to boost productivity for team collaboration.
• Create own Copilot Agent via Copilot Studio.
Entry Requirements
Learners are expected to have a minimum of:
• Able to read, write, speak and listen to English at WSQ WPL level 5
• Able to operate a computer
• Have knowledge on basic prompting
