About This Course
This course is a collaboration between Republic Polytechnic and Hock Hua Tonic Ptd Ltd.
The course is designed to train participant to understand the health benefits and uses of Bird's Nest. This enables the participants to understand the use of Bird's Nest as a form of food therapy and wellness diet. During the lesson, the trainer will also demonstrate how to prepare healthy nutritional meals using Bird's Nest as an ingredient. This knowledge, skills and experience gain from the course can prepare participants to provide recommendations and advise on the nutritional benefits of Bird's Nest.
