This course forms part of the SCTP NUS Digital Finance Project Management with AI which consists of 8 modules.

What You'll Learn

The learner will learn the following:

• Recall key principles for financial services, including budgeting, cash flow forecasting, capital budgeting, and performance analysis, while identifying the impact of emerging technologies like AI, machine learning, and blockchain on these financial processes. Understand how project management principles can be applied to integrate emerging technologies within existing financial processes.

• List the primary financial and operational risk factors affecting project success, such as market volatility, credit risk, liquidity constraints, and regulatory challenges, and develop mitigation plans to manage these risks effectively

• Compare various financial risk management strategies including hedging, diversification, etc, and evaluate their effectiveness when enhanced by emerging technologies for real-time risk assessment and improved capital allocation.

• Outline real-world financial sector use cases, such as automated credit scoring, dynamic liquidity management, and AI-driven investment analysis, that demonstrate the application of technology-driven project management to optimize financial outcomes
