CaseTrust Accreditation Scheme for eCommerce Business & Individual Training 1 [Classroom Facilitated, Practical Training, Asynchronous E-Learning]
About This Course
Since its inception in 1971, 50 years ago, much has been achieved by CASE in fulfilling its purpose of protecting and promoting consumers’ interests. Today, the CaseTrust Quality Mark is recognized and accepted by both retailers and consumers as a symbol of a business that has attained a level of customer-centricity in its business and operations, evoking consumer confidence and providing an edge over non-accredited competitors.
This Individual Training Programme is structured to help businesses close the Accreditation criteria gaps by identifying and guiding them to apply the appropriate solutions. Participants will also learn to apply cybersecurity frameworks and implement practices to ensure safe and reliable networks and systems, enhancing trustworthiness across their eCommerce channels.
The aim is for businesses to ensure that their eCommerce channels provide an optimal end-to-end customer experience, which will, in turn, elevate business credibility and returns. Participants will also be trained on completing their Accreditation Desktop Assessment, submitting their Accreditation application, and preparing for their Practical Assessment, maximizing their chances of obtaining accreditation.
Accredited businesses will benefit significantly not only from displaying the CaseTrust Quality Mark, which sets them apart from non-accredited competitors, but also from the advantages of optimally enhanced e-Commerce channels that drive greater sales conversion.
