What You'll Learn

Every brand is a story, a personality and a culture that has to be shaped and continually communicated along a moving stream of changing customer behaviour, demographics, demands and trends in content management. This e-commerce management course unpacks creative branding strategies, frameworks as well as digital design and communication tools such as Lumen5 and Canva to strengthen digital commerce capabilities to improve customer acquisition and retention. The course provides a Digital Brand Development and Creative Communication roadmap with group project opportunities for participants to shape real-world innovative digital visual and content writing; and create bewitching and compelling storytelling campaigns in their digital brand marketing communication.
