About This Course
Upon the completion of the course, the learner would be able to:
1. Understand what is Business Intelligence and the various platforms available.
2. Understand the different features available on the Power BI desktop and the various functionalities the features provide.
3. Perform data source connections into external data storage areas (e.g. Excel worksheets, SQL Server data tables) and import data to the reports.
4. Perform data querying to pull out relevant data from the external data sources and also transform the data using formatting, summarization techniques.
5. Understand data relations to perform DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) queries to create calculated columns, tables and measures.
6. Perform creation of dashboard and reports with techniques learned.
