About This Course
This module seeks to equip managers with the knowledge, attitudes and skills to lead, provide direction and guidance to their team and team leaders in developing business strategies and good governance management to achieve organization goals.
Learners will also be coached in strategic leadership skills to garner support of stakeholder and effective staff engagement to influence alignment with organization vision and mission.

Entry Requirements
The entry requirements are as follow:
1. A minimum of 3 years working experience
2. At least 1 year at the mentoring, supervisory, or managerial level in leading and managing teams
3. Good spoken and written English communication skills
4. Education Level:
• 3 GCE ‘O’ Level passes including English OR
• Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 5 OR
• Higher Nitec in a relevant industry
The assumed skills, knowledge and attitudes for this programme are:

2. Good digital literacy skills with word processing and presentation tools
