Through this course, learners will be equipped with the competency to:
- Apply the essential practice of interest-based negotiation with the Harvard 7-Element framework
- Recognize the principles and diagnostic indicators of personality type profiling
- In the context of practical human interaction, perform personality and conflict management style analyses on counterparties using the DOPE Personality and TKI models respectively
- Combine the learned competencies by applying a single applied tool in hands-on negotiation and conflict management in a simulated environment

In our fast-changing world, modes of business may evolve at breakneck speed where endeavours once pursued by hand are increasingly technologized.
