About This Course

The “Operate Forklift” Course is aimed at providing individuals with the knowledge and skills to operate forklift safely. At the end of the course, participants will be fully proficient in forklift operations, especially in assessing risks and observing safety measures.

What You'll Learn

This course is valid only for individuals who holds a valid driving license from Singapore (Class 3 License) or Malaysia (Class D License).

It consists of a 1 day theory lesson and 2 days practical session. Theory assessment will be conducted at the end of the theory lesson, while the practical assessment will be conducted on day 2 of the practical session.
The practical assessment is based on a running circuit with various sections to test the competencies of the forklift operator.

Individuals are to bring their valid driving license on the day of the practical sessions.

Entry Requirements

Trainees must:
• possess a valid Class 3 Driving License or above
• be able to interpret work instructions and technical information
• be able to listen, speak, read and write Mandarin, and be able to process numbers at a proficiency level equivalent to Workplace Literacy and Numeracy (WPLN) Level 3, or PSLE qualification.
