What You'll Learn

The objective of this specialist diploma is to equip the clinical research professionals with the in-depth knowledge and skills of day-to-day clinical research operations so that they progress to be role models in their practice domains. The areas in drug development process, good clinical practices (GCP), research ethics, as well as operation of clinical research will be addressed.

Entry Requirements

The admission requirements are:
a. Degree or a polytechnic diploma in sciences, pharmacy practice or nursing or equivalent.
b. Applicants who do not meet the entry requirements may be considered for admission to the course based on:
i. Applicant possessing non-science diploma / degree with a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience; OR
ii. Applicant possessing alternative qualification in healthcare / clinical research industry with at least 2 years of relevant working experience; OR
iii. Supporting evidence of competency readiness.
Applicants who do not meet the entry requirements may have to go through an interview and/or entrance test(s).
