What You'll Learn

This programme will equip the learners with knowledge on project and facilities management with relevant digital skills to meet the work demands in today’s work force in the built environment industry. A strong management knowledge in the built environment industry today also underpins the efforts of the Built Environment Industry Transformation Map (ITMs) to promote growth and competitiveness.

This course also provides learners with updated skills and competencies that are required to remain relevant in support of the transformation of our workforce in the management of upgrading, improvement and maintenance works in line with demands to meet the Singapore Green Plan.

Entry Requirements

● A diploma from local polytechnic, ITE, or other IHLs or degree in design or built environment sector with a minimum of 3 years of working experience in design or built environment sector.
● Applicants who do not meet the entry requirements may be considered for admission to the course based on:
o Evidence of at least 5 years of relevant working experience; or
o Supporting evidence of competency readiness.
o Suitable applicants who are shortlisted may have to go through an interview and/or entrance test(s). The Polytechnic reserves the right to shortlist and admit applicants.
