About This Course
Following are the course objectives:
• To equip participants with fundamental level skills and knowledge in beverage service and apply their learning to the workplace.
• To equip the learners with the skills to match their job roles in the food service sector.
• To equip learners with transferable skills that they would need to work better and progress up-wards in their career in the food services sector.
• To enable learners to pursue higher qualifications in their respective qualification tracks.

Entry Requirements
Academic/Work Experience Requirements
Singaporean / Singapore PR Applicants:
• Obtained at least three (3) GCE 'N' Level credits (including English); OR
International Applicants:
• Obtained at least a pass at high school diploma or equivalent qualifications; AND
• At least 16 years old.
Language Proficiency Requirements
• Obtained at least an IELTS score of 5.5 / TOEFL (internet-based total) score of 46-59 / WPL Level 5; AND
• Completed/exempted from National Service (for Singaporean males only).
