What You'll Learn
This course aims to assist entry level retail associates, retirees, senior workers or
mid-career switchers to understanding inventory control in an on-line and off-line
retail environment.
The Inventory control module will equip the learner with the ability to differentiate and
control the vast variety of available products with the required skills and
knowledge.The overall learning outcome will allow learners to identify stocks,
operationally manage stock for storage, conduct basic stocktaking, perform basic
procurement and logistics control of stocks while managing with different online &
off-line situations.
Throughout the learning process, learner will be able to practise practical inventory
control consistently with the overall organisations standard operating procedures.

Entry Requirements
Male and female Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents of
aged 21 years and above of different ethnics.
Participants need to speak, listen, read and write English at a proficiency level
not lower than primary 6 (pass) or WSQ Work Place Literacy & Numeracy
(WPLN) Level 3.
No work experience in retail, hospitality or customer service jobs is required.
