About This Course
Post-Diploma Certificate in HR Business Partnering (PDC2 of Specialist Diploma in Human Capital Management) aims to prepare the learners in the following:
• Deliver organisation development initiatives and work with stakeholders to manage change to improve organisational effectiveness.
• Demonstrate and apply facilitation skills in different HR scenarios to achieve key business goals.
• Apply system thinking and process re-engineering to improve the effectiveness of HR and support the business strategy.

Entry Requirements
Admission Requirements
• A diploma from a local polytechnic / ITE or degree with a minimum of 1 year of work experience, preferably in a related field.
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
Applicants who do not meet the entry requirements may be considered for admission to the course based on:
• Evidence of at least 5 years of relevant working experience;
OR
• Supporting evidence of competency readiness.
Suitable applicants who are shortlisted may have to go through an interview and/or proficiency test. The Polytechnic reserves the right to shortlist and admit applicants.
