About This Course
This course is only for the low wage workers in the PWM-Food Services Sector.
This training equips personnel working in retail and/or non-retail food establishments with the knowledge and application skills to:
-Conduct food safety and hygiene checks;
-Identify hygiene lapses and manage non-conformances; and
-Implement food safety and hygiene policies and procedures to ensure effective implementation of pre-requisite programmes and Hazard
Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP)-based Food Safety Management System (FSMS).
What You'll Learn
Participants will acquire knowledge and application skills in conducting food and beverage hygiene audits and be able to apply them to the workplace.
Entry Requirements
Attained Food Safety and Hygiene – Level 1
GCE ‘N’ Level pass in English or WPL Level 4 (ES WSQ)
