About This Course
Post-Diploma Certificate in Agile Digital Solutioning (PDC1 of Specialist Diploma in Agile Solutioning & DevSecOps) aims to aid the learners in the following:
1. Identify the benefits of adopting Agile approach plus DevOps to software development, that would result to faster time to market, improved quality, and increased customer satisfaction.
2. Develop competencies to apply software development framework such as Scrum that would be inspired by empirical inspect and adapt feedback loops to cope with complexity and risk. At the same time, learn to incorporate user experience (UX) practices in an agile software development environment.
3. Delve into a wide range of research methods available and be competent in selecting the most appropriate methods for different phases of a project.
4. Develop their competencies in Agile and UX to design and develop a usable digital solution over sprints in this group-based capstone project.

Entry Requirements
The admission requirements for public are:
• Polytechnic graduates who graduated from a recognized polytechnic diploma in IT, computer science or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years’ related working experience.
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL):
• Applicants who do not meet the entry requirements may be considered for admission to the course based on:
o Evidence of at least 5 years of relevant working experience; or
o Supporting evidence of competency readiness.
• Suitable applicants who are shortlisted may have to go through an interview and/or entrance test(s). The Polytechnic reserves the right to shortlist and admit applicants.
