About This Course
Warehouse is an integral part to any supply chain of a business. The efficient and effective operation of a warehouse and management of its inventory have a large impact on the overall supply chain in a firm.
Through this one-day program, the learners will be able to formulate strategies to maximize efficiency in a warehouse. The learners will integrate various technologies to improve performances in basic warehouse processes. Learners will also be equipped with some data analytic skills to optimize inventory management.
