About This Course
At the end of this module, the learners will be able to prepare and use herbs and spices for various cuisine preparation and presentation. It also includes preparing mire poix and dish using selected recipe, preparing bouquet garnish and dish using selected recipe, preparing dish with different herbs and spices using selected recipe, preparing herbs and spices for garnishing and finishing dishes.
