About This Course
In this course, the key elements of ISO 50002:2014 will be introduced to participants coming from various industrial sectors. The participants will be able to appreciate the ease of integrating and implementing the ISO 50002:2014 standard in collaboration with their existing energy monitoring practices because most companies are already performing many aspects of energy audits with varying intensities and levels. This course will provide participants with the knowledge and know-how to embrace the ISO 50002:2014.

In this course, the key principles and skills of auditing will be introduced to participants coming from various industrial sectors. The participants will be able to appreciate the ease of integrating. implementing and also assessing the energy requirements of the organizations in collaboration with their existing energy monitoring practices because most companies are already performing many aspects of energy audits with varying intensities and levels. This course will provide participants with the knowledge and know-how to embrace the ISO 50002:2014- Energy audits-Requirements with guidance for use.
Entry Requirements
Learners are assumed to be:
● Knowledgeable of electrical engineering competencies
● Able to listen and speak English at a proficiency level equivalent to the Employability Skills System (ESS) level 4
● Able to read and write English at a proficiency level equivalent to ESS level 4
● Able to process numbers at a proficiency level equivalent to ESS level 4
● Possess at least 1-year work-related experience or tertiary (technical) education level
SEAS shall assess the suitability of learners by requesting for their CVs.
Learners keen to join without the necessary pre-requisite knowledge and experience stated above may be assessed if they have other relevant experience to access the course, on a case-by-case basis.
