Spice Odyssey CAPSTONE PROJECT
About This Course
This is the culmination of the 18-month programme that allows students to use all their learned skills and knowledge to create food and beverage products using of herbs and spices. It is a group project that emphasizes on teamwork, professionalism, skills, knowledge, and creativity. Students are given 10 kingdoms with their appropriate color themes and they are required to create culinary food or culinary craft as the main emphasis of their project presentation.
Course fees displayed are eligible for course fee funding support by SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG). Please note that additional fees that apply are not covered by SSG subsidies or SkillsFuture Credits.
