Specialist Diploma in HR Analytics & Digitalisation
About This Course
Learners will be awarded the Specialist Diploma in HR Analytics & Digitalisation upon successful completion of two of the following Post-Diploma Certificates:
1. Post Diploma Certificate in Business Analytics (PDC1) - 150 hours
2. Post-Diploma Certificate in Applied Analytics & Digitalisation (PDC2) - 150 hours
PDC1 will be offered by School of Information Technology (SIT) and PDC2 by School of Business Management (SBM).
What You'll Learn
Entry Requirements
The admission requirement(s) are:
- A diploma from a local polytechnic or degree with a minimum of 1 year of work experience, preferably in a related field.
- Applicants who do not meet the entry requirements may be considered for admission to the course based on:
i. Evidence of at least 5 years of relevant working experience; OR
ii. Supporting evidence of competency readiness.
Suitable applicants who are shortlisted may have to go through an interview and/or proficiency test.
