About This Course
Post-Diploma Certificate in Applied Analytics & Digitalisation (PDC2 of Specialist Diploma in HR Analytics & Digitalisation) covers the following modules with a total of 150 training hours:
• Strategic Perspectives in HR (CmU)
• HR Analytics (CmU)
• HR Digitalisation & Technology (CmU)
• HR Technology Project (WIU)
This PDC has THREE (3) Competency Units (CmUs) and ONE (1) Work-Integration Unit (WIU).
What You'll Learn
This PDC2 focuses on equipping learners with skills sets needed to align HR strategies and plans to organisation's current and future business strategy in consultation with business leaders through HR analytics and technology. It addresses the sector skills set needed in the areas of human resource management and organisational excellence.
PDC2 will be offered by School of Business Management (SBM).
Entry Requirements
The admission requirement(s) are:
- A diploma from a local polytechnic, ITE, or other IHLs or degree with a minimum of 1 year of work experience, preferably in a related field.
- Applicants who do not meet the entry requirements may be considered for admission to the course based on:
i. Evidence of at least 5 years of relevant working experience; OR
ii. Supporting evidence of competency readiness.
Suitable applicants who are shortlisted may have to go through an interview and/or proficiency test.
