What You'll Learn
At the completion of the PDC, learners will be able to:
(1) Apply evidence in perianaesthesia nursing in the development of perianaesthesia nursing practices using principles of evidence-based practice and appropriate appraisal framework;
(2) Perform accurate clinical assessment, monitoring and management for clients in the immediate and subsequent post anaesthesia phases using a systematic, comprehensive and focused approach; and
(3) Apply critical thinking, analytical skills and clinical skill competencies at an advanced level in emergency and resuscitation situations in various anaesthesia settings using a systematic approach.
(1) Apply evidence in perianaesthesia nursing in the development of perianaesthesia nursing practices using principles of evidence-based practice and appropriate appraisal framework;

Entry Requirements
• Diploma in Nursing from a local Polytechnic or an equivalent qualification;
• Singapore Nursing Board registration;
• 2 years post registration experience with a minimum of 1 year in the discipline of study.
