What You'll Learn
At the completion of the PDC, learners will be able to:
(1) Provide nursing care for children and adolescents with complex health problems and for their significant others in various paediatric settings using problem-solving approach in nursing assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation;
(2) Demonstrate collaboration with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to the children and adolescents with complex health problems and their significant others using integrated multidisciplinary approach; and
(3) Evaluate the quality of care using reflective frameworks/models.

Entry Requirements
• Diploma in Nursing from a local Polytechnic or an equivalent qualification;
• Singapore Nursing Board registration;
• 2 years post registration experience with a minimum of 1 year in the discipline of study.
