About This Course
This is part of Post-Diploma Certificate 2 in Applied Analytics & Digitalisation (in HR) of Specialist Diploma in HR Analytics & Digitalisation).
This module consists of 45 hours of training.
What You'll Learn
This module provides learners with an introduction to the fundamentals of human resources analytics. Learners will learn the types of commonly used HR data across different HR functions. Learners will learn best practice data analysis techniques including descriptive and predictive analytics. The CmU will also cover the use of analytical software to perform statistical analysis and data visualization in HR context.
At the end of this module, learners will be able to:
1. Analyse HR data for decision making by applying analytical processes.
2. Provide insights into HR trends and patterns using analytical tools and techniques.
3. Recommend HR solutions from the analysis gathered.

Entry Requirements
The admission requirement(s) are:
- A diploma from a local polytechnic, ITE, or other IHLs or degree with a minimum of 1 year of work experience, preferably in a related field.
- Applicants who do not meet the entry requirements may be considered for admission to the course based on:
i. Evidence of at least 5 years of relevant working experience; OR
ii. Supporting evidence of competency readiness.
Suitable applicants who are shortlisted may have to go through an interview and/or proficiency test.
